As I have mentioned a little in my vlogs, we have been eating a bit more meat based lately. Honestly, it's been great all around! And these yummy little meatballs are another example of a protein rich food that pleases everyone in the tribe! If you use pork panko (crushed pork rinds) instead of breadcrumbs for these, they are a true carnivore delight.
